Can you help us on the day of the event?
Transport & Set-up 8:30 am to 10:00 am: These volunteers will meet at the office and help load items into vehicles, take them to Las Lagunas, and help unload them. This volunteer will help set up.
Entrance Attendant 9:30 am - 11:30 am : This volunteer will be in charge of entrance attendance, sign-in sheets, and managing donations.
Booth Attendant 9:30 am - 12:30 pm: This volunteer will be at our booth handing out merch, information and looking over the silent auction.
Break-down and transport 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm: These volunteers will help load items into vehicles after the event has ended, help take them to the office, and help unload them.
50/50 raffle
Purchase as many $2.00 raffle tickets as you'd like for a chance to win half the monies collected.
